What’s included in a standard home cleaning?

Our standard cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms — including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, and emptying trash. Deep cleaning and add-ons are available for extra detail.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! Many clients provide us with a key or code. Your home will be secure, and we’ll make sure everything is locked up before we leave.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring all of our own professional equipment and cleaning products. By default, we use high-quality, effective products — and eco-friendly options are available upon request. If you have a specific product you prefer, you’re welcome to provide it, and our team will be happy to use it during your cleaning. Please note: we do not supply specialty items outside of our product list, so any unique or personal products must be provided by the client.

Move In / Move Out & Post-Construction Cleaning

What’s the difference between deep cleaning and move in/move out cleaning?

Move in/move out cleaning is more detailed and includes areas often overlooked (inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances), ensuring the space is completely fresh for new tenants or owners.

How soon should I book a move out cleaning

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time, especially during busy moving seasons.

Do you handle construction dust and debris?

Yes! Our post-construction service includes dust removal, wiping walls, windows, baseboards, and ensuring the space is move-in ready.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand plans change. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours in advance are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

We make payment simple and flexible. You can pay by cash, check, or ACH bank transfer through QuickBooks — our preferred methods that help keep costs low for you.

For your convenience, we also accept major credit cards through our secure system (a small processing fee applies).
