2. Services Provided

We provide:

-Residential cleaning

-Commercial cleaning

-Deep cleaning

-Move-In/Move-Out cleaning

-Post-construction cleaning

-Add-on cleaning services

Service availability may vary based on schedule and location.

3. Estimates & Pricing

-Estimates are based on the information you provide.

-Pricing may change if additional time or services are required.

-You will always be informed of pricing changes before we proceed.

4. Booking & Scheduling

-Appointments are booked through our website, Jobber, text, or phone.

-You will receive reminders and confirmations automatically through Jobber.

-Access instructions (keys, codes, lockbox, entry permission) must be accurate.

If we cannot access the property, a cancellation/no-show fee may apply.

5. Cancellation Policy

To protect our employees’ schedules and income:

-Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.

-Repeat last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

-After three cancellations, your recurring schedule may be adjusted or paused.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied:

-Notify us within 24 hours

-We will return and re-clean the area at no additional cost

Refunds are not offered for completed services unless at our discretion

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

-Provide safe access

-Secure pets (for cleaner and pet safety)

-Disclose any fragile, damaged, or special-care areas

-Notify us of security alarms or lock instructions

-Provide running water and electricity during service

We are not responsible for damage resulting from unsecured items, faulty surfaces, or pre-existing conditions.

8. Payments

-Payment is due immediately upon completion unless automatic payments are enabled.

-We accept: card payments, bank transfers, and online payment through Jobber.

-Recurring clients may be enrolled in automatic credit card charging.

-Past-due invoices may result in paused service.

9. Breakage & Liability

We carry general liability insurance.
However, we are
not responsible for:

-Normal wear/tear

-Pre-existing damage

-Unstable or improperly installed fixtures

I-tems not secured properly

-Hidden issues not visible during service

For any accidental damage caused directly by our staff, we will address it promptly.

10. Photos

We may take before/after photos for internal training, quality control, or insurance documentation.
We will never post photos publicly without your written permission.

11. Use of Website

You agree not to:

-Copy website content

-Attempt to access backend systems

-Use the site for unlawful purposes

We may terminate access for any violation.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, photos, text, and media on this website belong to Cabrera’s Shiny Sparkle LLC and cannot be used without permission.
